These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications and services (together, the “Services”) provided by Anugat AI Private Limited (“Anugat AI”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. The Services
Anugat AI provides software for academic operations, including scheduling, workload management, academic planning, reporting and related tools. Features may differ by plan and may be updated, improved or discontinued over time.
Access for institutions is governed by these Terms together with any order form, proposal or agreement signed between Anugat AI and the institution. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Institutions are responsible for managing which staff and users are granted access, and for removing access when it is no longer required. Notify us promptly at hello@anugatai.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell or create derivative works of the Services except as permitted by law;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security or performance of the Services.
4. Your data
Institutions retain ownership of the data they upload to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant Anugat AI a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure and improve the Services.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, are owned by Anugat AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
6. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed as set out in the applicable order form or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable. Invoices are raised as set out in the order form and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Support levels, where applicable, are defined in your agreement.
8. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Outputs generated by AI features are aids to decision-making and should be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied upon.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anugat AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you to Anugat AI in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. On termination, institutions may request an export of their Customer Data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted in line with our retention practices.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed agreement, the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand will have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify account holders by email or through the Services before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
